Penzance Folk Club - Gallery

Scott grew up in Cornwall during the folk revival of the 60’s, and was influenced by Ralph McTell and Michael Chapman, regular guests at the Count House and Folk Cottage venues. Like most youngsters, he moved to London where his interest in folk music continued. Later he moved to Canada where he worked for 30 years, and ran a folk radio show on University Radio in British Columbia. He retired to Cornwall in 2009 and soon joined local bands Raffidy Dumitz and Pensans Morris, and supports our club.
